① Store Selling Policy Guide

Payment

  1. The currency of transaction is US Dollar.
  2. We accept PayPal, credit cards through PayPal and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to complete payment.
  3. If you use T/T to complete the payment, our price is not including the bank charge. We will deliver the goods when we received full amount payment.
  4. Please complete the payment within 7 days. We will ship the merchandise within 3 business days before the payment completed.
  5. Your country’s Customs Department may collect Custom duty, tariff or other tax while your goods price beyond the duty-free value that regulate by your government. Since LR Tool don’t have the right to decide the price, please pay the duty, tariff or other tax yourself. If you would like to know more information, please check your country’s Customs Department.
  6. The shipping fee of LR Tool store is not included insurance and we don’t burden any risk in transportation. If you suppose to add the insurance, please inform us to quote you the insurance.

 

Delivery

  1. We usually use EMS or postal package to deliver goods. If you prefer other carrier like OCS, EMS, DHL and UPS etc., please contact us for inquiry.
  2. Some location is not having the economy shipping plan. Thus, the price of economy shipping and standard shipping show the same price. The detail transportation plan is shown below the selling policy.
  3. We only accept English address.
  4. According to location, the delivery time is different, please check the transportation sheet below the policy.
  5. 20 to 30 KG weight limit (depending on destination), including packing materials. If the weight is beyond our carrier’s limit, please mail to us to discuss the delivery detail.

 

Return Policy

  1. Merchandise is in new state.
  2. Return shipping fee will be paid by buyer.
  3. Your refund will be processed when we received your return item.

 

 

 

② The Policy of Customization

When the payment confirmed, it represents you accept our customizing policy.

 

Manufacturing

  1. All dimension should be confirmed when the order confirmed.
  2. We will manufacture goods only if receive full amount payment.
  3. If the design or dimension changed within the manufacturing period, the order need reordered. And, the money of unfinished workpiece will be receipted base on completed percentage.
  4. Manufacturing time is not included shipping time.

Warranty

  1. We don’t accept the customized goods return unless quility problem.
  2. The precision of cutter head will not be guaranteed when it assembling inserts that not supplied by LR Tool.
