Features
◉ Used for 4 Side Moulder.
◉ For finish cutting.
◉ Hydro system can eliminate the tolerance between bore and spindle achieving high precision cutting.
◉ Tiny corrugated knife used (Width:14 mm, Thickness 2.5 mm). The HSS or TCT knife are available.
◉ Since the special design of wedge and knife hook, Hydro Quick-Replace Cutterhead can extremely quick and effortless replace knives; greatly saving lose time.
◉ According to cutterhead’s dimension, the material of cutterhead’s body is defferent. Usually, we use steel to make the Hydro Quick-Replace Cutterhead. But, if the cutterhead’s weight is too heavy, we will use Aluminum to make Hydro Quick-Replace Cutterhead for reduce the weight, the light weight body can significantly reduce the load of machine.
