Information of production
Features
1. All Rectangular Insert Knife Cutterheads are made by High Tensile Steel that can maintain the precision long-term.
2. Because spiral design, the cutting resistance evenly distribute into small insert knives. This light cutting way can prevent tear-out problem, accelerate the feed speed and reduce spindle and bearing’s consumption.
3. Placing insert knife work is easier. Comparing with square insert spiral cutterhead’s replacing insert time, the rectangular cutterhead need less time to replace insert knife.
4. The deep spiraled grooves have astonishing throwing sawdust ability.
5. Comparing with the large sawdust (cutting from the straight cutting angle cutterhead), the smaller sawdust (cutting form rectangular cutterhead) make dust collection equipment working better.
6. The rectangular insert knives of 30 mm x 12 mm x 1.5 mm (2 edges) are suitable for pre-planing.
7. The rectangular insert knives of 30 mm x 12 mm x 2.5 mm (2 edges) are suitable for heavy cutting.
8. If insert knife nicked, just replace it with little cost.
